The team values proactive problem-solvers, mentorship, and strong communication.What You’ll Do:Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting cycles, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and revenue/price-volume analytics to support business planning.Analyze sales trends, pricing updates, commodity impacts, and margin drivers.Prepare operational and executive-level reporting packages.Partner with cross-functional teams across operations, commercial, and finance to ensure accurate financial data and actionable insights.Contribute to process improvements, internal controls, and system enhancements as the business scales.What You Bring:CPA designation (or final stages) strongly preferred.3–6 years of experience in form or industryStrong technical accounting foundation with exposure to financial reporting.Analytical mindset with experience in budgeting, forecasting, or revenue/margin analysis.Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with ERP systems.Strong communication skills and the ability to raise issues early and collaborate effectively.A proactive, growth-oriented approach — someone who takes ownership and wants to learn.Why Join:Balanced role combining accounting, FP&A, and operational analytics.Supportive leadership with a focus on mentorship and professional development.Exposure to cross-border operations and strategic finance initiatives.
