We operate two modern dental clinics in Ottawa and Gatineau. Our practices are committed to providing high-quality dental care in a professional, respectful, and patient-focused environment.

We are currently seeking an experienced and organized **Dental Office Manager** to oversee operations at both locations. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining excellent patient service and efficient clinic operations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations at both clinics
- Supervise and support front-desk and administrative staff
- Coordinate scheduling, billing, patient records, and office communications
- Monitor inventory and manage supply orders
- Collaborate with clinical teams to ensure smooth workflow and patient care
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards
- Address patient concerns and provide resolution in a professional manner
- Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training of new administrative staff
- Identify and implement process improvements across both locations

**Qualifications**
- Dental/medical office management experience (multi-location experience is an asset)
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with dental software systems (e.g., Dentrix, ABELDent, or similar)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of dental terminology and office procedures
- Ability to travel between both clinic locations as required
- Fluent in English and French
