We are seeking a full-time Sales Consultant for our Victoria showroom to join our Mclaren Lighting Team. If you bring passion and positivity every day to what you do, then please click on apply.

**The Role**

As Sales Consultant you will work in our amazing showroom and deal directly with homeowners, designers and contractors to understand their needs and recommend suitable lighting solutions. You will be an integral part of our Mclaren Lighting Team. Previous knowledge in lighting is not required as we will provide you with the training and support you will need to be able to sell our products with confidence and enthusiasm. Your shift will be Monday - Saturday with a day off during the week.

**What you will do**:

- Great customer service. Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs and provide knowledgeable recommendations.
- Create quotes and specification packages for customers and follow up with customers
- Maintain detailed and organized records of quotes, sales and customer requests
- Process and fulfill orders ensuring products are delivered to customers on time
- Provide post order support inquiries such as status, back order inquiries, returns and refunds
- Show willingness to learn Mclaren Lighting products on an ongoing basis as the industry is always changing.

- You enjoy assisting and providing creative solutions and ideas to customers
- You are sales minded and love helping customers find and take home the perfect item
- Committed to learning and growing your product knowledge in lighting
- You are an effective verbal and written communicator
- You enjoy working as part of a team and are willing to help and support others
- Show willingness to learn Mclaren Lighting products on an ongoing basis as the industry is always changing
- 2+ years’ experience in sales and customer service setting
- Professional proficiency with Microsoft Office and having familiarity with a sales software

Pay: $48,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
