We are looking for a passionate and results-driven **_Business Development Representative_** to join our team. In this position, you will play a critical role in helping us expand our market presence.
**Position: Business Development Representative**
**Location: Remote, Canada-Wide**
**Role Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday**

**Your Responsibilities**
- Identify and develop new business
- Grow sales within assigned basket of opportunities
- Completing outbound calls, achieving meaningful sales interactions daily
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers
- Lead contract negotiations and close deals
- Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and adjust business strategies accordingly
- Act as an ambassador for HERD, representing our brand at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings
- Participate in daily meetings, sales drills and role-playing exercises
- Continuously update product knowledge
***Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably within the manufacturing or automotive industry
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to meeting goals
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
