The Business Development Call Center Representative is a professional, responsible, and goal-orientated individual who initiates outbound phone calls in a business to business environment, connecting with key decision makers (i.e. Presidents, Directors and Managers) of potential customers for our clients.

Your role is to explain, communicate, articulate the value proposition of our client’s products/services to prospects and book sales appointments for their Business Development Teams to attend. This is fundamentally a lead generation role.

This is a permanent full time position: Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

**Responsibilities**
- Cold call B2B sales
- Driving leads and building a sales pipeline
- Booking Sales meetings for our clients’ Business Development Teams
- Being the first point of contact with potential customers
- Conduct business interaction in a professional and proactive manner
- Become a trusted resource for internal and external clients
- Close sales and achieve weekly quotas/goals.
- Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities

**What are we looking for?**
- Bring your own device
- Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in business-to-business sales (either face to face or over the phone)
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Lead Generation and/or inside sales experience
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Sales-oriented
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Proficient computer skills
- University/College education completed

**Compensation**
- Hourly rate $15/HR based on experience
