**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled **Sushi Man** who specializes in making **sushi rolls**.
**Duties**
- Prepare a variety of sushi rolls according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly stored, and prepped for service
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation following food safety and hygiene standards
- Work efficiently on the sushi line during busy hours and coordinate with kitchen staff
- Slice, roll, and plate sushi rolls consistently and quickly
- Assist with inventory, restocking, and daily prep tasks
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures
**Requirements**:
- **Experience** preparing sushi rolls in a professional kitchen (1+ year preferred)
- Strong **knife skills** and knowledge of sushi rolling techniques
- Ability to work quickly and maintain consistency under pressure
- Understanding of **food safety and hygiene standards**:
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Attention to detail in **presentation and portion control**:
- Flexibility to work **nights, weekends, or holidays** as needed
- **Food handler certification**
Pay: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
