Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Crew Leader to join our landscaping team. The Crew Leader will oversee and coordinate the daily activities of the landscaping crew, ensuring efficient and high-quality completion of projects.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise a team of landscapers in various tasks such as garden maintenance, lawn cutting and other property maintenance.
- Assign duties to crew members and ensure they are carried out effectively.
- Train new team members on landscaping techniques and safety procedures.
- Monitor and maintain tools, equipment, and materials inventory.
- Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on progress.
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks as needed.

**Skills**:

- Demonstrated leadership abilities in a landscaping or similar outdoor environment.
- Proficiency in garden design, construction, irrigation systems, and landscape maintenance.
- Strong supervisory skills to guide and motivate team members effectively.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of landscape equipment operation and maintenance.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 42 per week
