As the Landscape Construction Crew Leader, you’ll take charge of installation projects including excavation, garden installation, hardscaping, and lawn care. You’ll organize and lead a crew on-site, ensure high-quality workmanship, operate heavy equipment, and mentor junior staff. You’ll also play a key role in keeping projects on time, on budget, and safe.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and coordinate daily landscaping construction projects from start to finish
- Operate and maintain equipment such as skid steers, excavators, and trucks with trailers
- Read and execute from landscape designs, plans, and client directives
- Ensure a high level of craftsmanship, efficiency, and safety on every job
- Communicate clearly with management and clients as needed
- Oversee proper maintenance of tools, vehicles, and equipment
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff
- Follow all health and safety protocols on site

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3 years of landscaping experience** (5+ preferred)
- **Strong experience with landscape construction** (e.g. hardscapes, excavation, installs, etc.)
- Proven ability to **operate skid steers, excavators**, and similar equipment
- Experience **leading crews** and managing employees on job sites
- **Valid G driver’s license** (required)
- Experience **towing trailers**:

- Excellent time management and leadership skills
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

**Job Details**:

- **Pay**: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour (based on experience)
- **Hours**: 35 - 55 hours per week
- **Schedule**: 8, 10, or 12 hour shifts
- **Days**: Monday to Friday (weekends only as needed)

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour
