**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate daily landscaping activities, including lawn care, tree care, and garden maintenance.
- Ensure the proper use of tools and equipment while adhering to safety protocols.
- Train and mentor crew members in landscaping techniques, irrigation systems, and horticulture practices.
- Manage project timelines and ensure that all work is completed on schedule.
- Conduct regular inspections of work sites to maintain quality standards and address any issues promptly.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their landscaping needs and provide expert recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and crew performance.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in landscape maintenance and landscaping with a strong understanding of horticulture principles.
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred, demonstrating effective leadership skills.
- Familiarity with lawn care techniques, irrigation systems, gardening practices, and general construction knowledge.
- Ability to motivate and lead a team while maintaining high morale among crew members.
