TSB Communications is a multidisciplinary group with start ups in **web, marketing, media, design/build, and healthcare SaaS**. We’ve built proven businesses and are now scaling aggressively. We’re looking for a **Chief of Staff** to work directly with the CEO and help manage operations, finances, staff, and projects across multiple companies.

This is not an administrative role — it’s a **strategic operator position**. The Chief of Staff will act as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring things get done, teams stay accountable, and key decisions are supported with solid data and reporting.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple business units.
- Manage staff progress, ensure accountability, and track KPIs.
- Oversee company finances, bookkeeping, cash flow, and budgets.
- Prepare clear financial reports and forecasts for CEO review.
- Lead project management and cross-functional initiatives.
- Represent the CEO in meetings, gather updates, and report back.
- Translate the CEO’s vision into actionable plans and systems.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-10 years of experience in **operations, finance, consulting, or management**.
- Strong with numbers: budgets, P&L, and financial analysis.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Experience managing staff and holding teams accountable.
- Strong communication and leadership presence.
- Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in a fast-paced, multi-business environment.
- **Performance Incentives**: Profit share or equity participation may be available for long-term alignment.
- **Growth Path**: Opportunity to advance into a COO or senior executive role as the businesses scale.
