**Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Runs production CNC machines per customer supplied print.**
- Operate CNC lathes, loading and unloading parts to be machined.
- Training employees on how to run certain jobs on certain CNC Machines.
- Repairing equipment to keep production moving.
- Working on CAD/CAM software for setup of CNC Machines.
- Operating Manual Mills and Lathes.
- Guiding Apprentices to setup CNC Lathes.
- Measuring parts, comparing them to print provided to them by their supervisor.
- Deburring parts as needed.
- Wrapping finished skids for shipping.
- Maintaining a clean working environment.

**Educational & Experience**:

- Previous experience in a machining production environment an asset.
- Understanding of G-code and FANUC controls.
- Experience with Mazak and Haas controls.
- Machining castings.
- Knowledge of 4-axis CNC Milling Machines.
- Knowledge of CNC Lathe with Live Tooling.
- Completed an apprenticeship program, an asset.
- Fully licensed machinist, an asset.

**Key Working Conditions**:

- Ability to work independently and operate multiple machines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods throughout the day.

A **positive attitude** and **strong work ethic** are a must. Ability to speak and read English is required, as applicants must be able to read & understand procedural documents, product drawings, production paperwork, etc.
