About this Position

We are looking for Bilingual Ops Specialist to join our Mutual Fund Department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible to generate and print Daily Trading Blotter (DTB)
- Prepare DTB Summary Memo
- Create, update, and maintain AO’s on Mainframe
- Issue and send suitability warning letters to Reps
- Responsible to prepare files for escalation to Field Management
- Prepare and review items for scanning
- Review/update FATCA/CRS forms/database
- Responsible to research outstanding items as needed using Imaging on HOHP
- Provide administrative support to Operation Auditors
- Miscellaneous duties may be assigned

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Self-motivated, detail orientated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Able to thrive in a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft office programs (Word, Excel, Access)
