This position is designed for a proactive and adaptable professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and is fluent in both English and French. In addition to customer service responsibilities, the role will include tasks related to sales operations, finance, logistics, procurement, and cross-functional initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Support: Deliver exceptional customer service by providing high-quality assistance and resolving inquiries efficiently.Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments such as Credit, Sales Operations, and Shipping to address and resolve issues.Sales Operations Support: Assist in managing sales-related processes and documentation to streamline operations and support the sales team.Finance (AR and AP): Support accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, including invoice processing, payment follow-ups, and reconciliation tasks.Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery and distribution of products.Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards.Procurement and Vendor Management: Assist with procurement processes, vendor coordination, and purchasing to ensure operational efficiency.Cross-Functional Support: Participate in initiatives that involve collaboration across multiple departments, contributing to the organization’s broader objectives.Position RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, Economics, Project Management, or related field.Fluency in both English and French (written and spoken).Minimum three years of experience in customer service or an operational support role, preferably in a distribution or healthcare environment.Proactive, analytical, hands-on attitude with the ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.BenefitsApplied Medical offers an excellent and competitive compensation and benefits package including medical and dental coverage, a flexible benefits account, shared RRSP contributions, and generous holiday and vacation accrual schedules.Additional DetailsSeniority level: Mid-Senior levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Management and ManufacturingIndustries: Medical Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
