About this Position

We are looking for an Operations Clerk to join our Records Department.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Upload documents to the Content Manager System
- Responsible for Batching PFSL Trades and PFSL Maintenance
- Responsible for barcoding various Front End and Files Updates,
- Responsible for ICS - UPS outgoing mail
- Prepare a weekly report
- Responsible for ICS - UPS outgoing mail
- Miscellaneous duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Completion of High School or equivalent knowledge and skills acquired through related work experience
- Barcoding experience would be an asset
- Ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational & time management skills with the ability to multi-task
- Quick learner and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment
