**Principales responsabilités**:
- Organiser et aider au bon fonctionnement du bureau
- Organiser et planifier les rendez-vous
- Planifier des réunions et prendre des minutes
- Aider à la préparation de rapports réguliers
- Développer et maintenir un système de classement
- Gérer les communications internes et externes
- Entrer les données de commande parvenues par les clients
- Participer à la rédaction de contenu de communication
- Participer à la coordination des événements spéciaux
- Participer occasionnellement à des évènements promotionnels
- Assister l’équipe à l'élaboration des campagnes médias
- Assister l’équipe des ventes
- Toutes autres tâches connexes à l’administration
**Exigences et compétences recherchées**:
- AEC, DEC ou BAC in the field ou un cumul d'expériences pertinentes
- Maîtrise des langues française et anglaise tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit
- Bon jugement et grand souci du détail
- Gestion des priorités et capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément
- Faire preuve de débrouillardise

**Main responsibilities**:
- Organize and participate in the overall functioning of the office
- Organize and plan external meetings for the executive team
- Plan meetings and take meeting notes
- Prepare weekly or frequently needed reports
- Develop and maintain digital filing system
- Manage internal and external communications
- Process client’s orders
- Participate in content writing for communication to clients
- Participate in the coordination of special events
- Occasionally participate to promotional events
- Participate in the media marketing campaigns with the team in place
- Assist the sales team
- Any other related administrative tasks
**Requirements and skills sought**:
- DEC or BAC in a relevant discipline or a combination of relevant experience
- Fluent in both French and English, written and oral
- Good judgment and great attention to detail
- Priority management and ability to manage several files simultaneously
- Demonstrate resourcefulness
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
