Generate retail sales.

Reinforce and expand upon the beauty advisors’ product knowledge, sales techniques.

Build lasting relationships with customers.

Support and sales goals of the team by facilitating bookings and filling open appointments.

**Qualifications**

Previous Cosmetics artistry experience required.

Superior selling skills with the ability to set and achieve sales goals.

Strong organisational and follow-through skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High level of ownership, accountability and initiative.

Ability to work out of multiple locations during store peak hour.

Bilingual is preferred for communication purposes within the company.
