**Job Overview**:
Voxen is seeking a detail-oriented and bilingual individual to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing a list of invoices, contacting debtors to confirm receipt, and resolving any issues that may arise. This position requires a confident communicator who is comfortable speaking on the phone and competent with computer systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Review a list of invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain clear and organized records of all communications.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to resolve any discrepancies.
- Ensure timely follow-up with debtors to facilitate payment.

**Qualifications**:
**Bilingual**: Fluency in French and English is required.

**Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking on the phone.

**Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail when reviewing invoices.

**Reliability**: Must be able to consistently work 10-15 hours per week on-site.

**Office Presence**: Must be able to work in the office during designated hours.
