**Responsibilities**

In this role you will:
**Manage full cycle recruiting, including sourcing**
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to grow our team.

**Be a strategic partner to hiring managers**

**Expand the reach of our employer value proposition and employer branding**
- Work with our team to help scale processes and implement best practices related to our employer value proposition.
- Ensuring we use inclusive language and processes in all hiring.
- Keep up to date with best practices for recruitment, sourcing, and diversity hiring, and translate this learning to the growing recruitment practice at Fable.

**Optimize our hiring tools**
- Implement and document process improvements for the recruitment cycle.
- Optimize and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (We use Workable) and Linkedin Recruiter projects.

**Requirements**:

- 4+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, including sourcing.
- 3+ years of experience in startup/tech recruitment.
- Experience with hiring diverse tech talent.
- Knowledge of Linkedin Recruiter and ATS (such as Workable).
- Data-driven in your approach ; you are strong at leveraging tools such as Microsoft Excel and pulling reports from an ATS.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

- Experience in disability inclusion.
- Experience in a Talent Ops role.
- Project Management skills with experience in process improvement, change management and/or developing ongoing communications strategy.

**Our hiring process**:

- Screening call with a member of the People & Talent team (15-20 minutes)
- Second interview with the hiring manager (30-45 minutes)
- Recruitment challenge (1 hour)
- Final interview with team and/or founders (30-60 minutes)
