Recruitment Lead

We are looking for a Recruitment Lead to join our collaborative and delivery-focused People Team As Recruitment Lead, you will partner with leadership to drive end-to-end recruitment from both a hands-on and strategic perspective. Recruiting is a significant way the People Team impacts project delivery and you will play a critical role in finding and hiring top talent in our dynamic and fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align with business priorities
- Support and grow junior team members
- Drive continuous improvement by providing best practice recommendations based on industry and market research and refine/enhance processes and techniques
- Promote and support our value prop, culture, and company values
**Qualifications**:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in the consulting and/or technology industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and strong relationship building skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Degree/Diploma (or equivalent education/experience)
