**Campus Recruiting Lead - Remote position, based in Ontario**

Campus recruiting starts with the **company’s business strategy**. This role will attract, engage, screen, interview and hire college/university students in supervised roles that help them obtain their professional credentials or place them in business-identified entry-level positions.

**Key relationships**:

- Enable Talent Advisors to mine the campus recruiting leads
- Enable business leaders with tools to identify capacity to hire new grads
- Reporting to the Director Employee Experience and co-creating the Student Journey
- Enable students to transition from new grad into supervised roles to full time clinician
- Enable Universities Career Centre’s to count on Lifemark to place new graduates

**Job responsibilities**:

- Bring our employer brand to campus, targeting students and recent graduates with potential to fulfill our Clinical roles
- build relationships with a network of universities and their career services
- educate students with presentations, videos and other marketing materials to introduce our employer brand and job opportunities.
- Use recruitment marketing to create a community of servicethat builds and strengthens Lifemark’s relationship with talent on campus
- manage budget and calendar of hiring events and career fairs
- promote your company’s attendance at upcoming recruiting events
- facilitate hiring events, virtual events, or office hours to answer students’ questions about our company, culture, benefits, career paths and development, corporate citizenship, sustainability, etc.
- Execute a recruiting program to place leads according to staffing needs
- generate leads matching requirements identified by the business
- better enabling the transition from student placement to full time clinician
- analyze seasonal recruiting and measure results: New Grad hiring into supervised roles to full time clinician, time-to-hire, leads and accepted offers
- Define opportunities to improve campus recruiting by staying up to date on trends and influencing organizational changes that can positively impact outcomes.

**Success Factors**:

- New Grad hiring into Supervised roles to full time clinician conversion
- Know your target market - meet Gen Z
- You are the **_it _**factor; so maintaining a strong relationship will reflect on conversion rates from community to lead to hire
- We will have the latest technologies to activate your campus recruiting, you will self-manage productivity dashboards and build success with the help of your manager
- Awareness campaign on social media and engagement metrics. This is all about our company’s culture, employment brand and job opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Campus recruiting experience
- Two+ years overall recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, hr, business, or related field.
- Creative and vibrant written expression will be helpful in this role
- Great listening and relationship-building abilities
- Attention to detail
- Recruiting or related certifications a plus
- A valid Drivers license and access to the use of a motor vehicle is essential for this role
