**You have**:

- Extensive experience working in the child and youth and non-profit sectors, supporting under-served communities and equity-deserving populations
- A commitment to evaluation, measurable outcomes, and excellence in programming
- Working knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years Act, regulations, and the various frameworks supporting positive child and youth development
- A belief in the vision, mission, and core values of BGC Hamilton-Halton
- A passion to create positive environments relationships to enable and support young people
- Current First Aid, CPR, and a clear criminal record check

**You’re good at**:

- Developing comprehensive, evidence-based program models based on our Model for Success
- Designing and implementing evaluation strategies for both participant and program outcomes
- Recruiting outstanding talent and managing staff to maximize their strengths
- Supporting diverse teams across multiple locations and distinct program areas
- Fostering relationships with funders, researchers, and community partners to support programs and new initiatives
- Managing budgets, grants, funding agreements, reporting, data collection and analysis

**You will**:

- Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer
- Be responsible for all programming across the organization
- Lead a team of managers and supervisors with expertise in their various fields
- Act as the second-in-command for the organization in the absence of the CEO

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $95,000.00 per year
