**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**

We are looking for a detail-oriented Supply Chain Analyst who will thrive in an exciting and fast-paced evolving environment.

This hybrid role will be based out of head office in Toronto.

**WHAT YOU’D BE DOING IN THIS ROLE**
- Reporting to Supply Chain Manager, Supply Chain Analyst Associate is responsible to achieve maximum availability of raw and packaging materials at the optimum inventory levels for our Production and TPM Operations
- Responsible for Supply of raw and packaging materials to hinder any availability issues to production due to lack of raw and packaging materials
- Responsible for determining quantity to be purchased and timing of purchase, issuing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery to meet the production requirements mandated by the sales forecasts of DECIEM
- Works in a highly cross functional environment, interacting with Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, Sourcing, Production and QA teams
- Oversee product flow to ensure delivery dates are met and proper documents (i.e. invoice, packing list, BOL, etc.) are received
- Is responsible for assisting with the quantity to be purchased and timing of purchase, issuing purchase orders to ensure timely delivery to meet the production requirements mandated by the sales forecasts
- Works in a highly cross-functional environment, interacting with Demand Planning, Inventory Management, Logistics, Sourcing, Production and Quality Assurances teams
- Monitor inventory levels (out of stock items, urgent items, overages) in addition to managing purchase orders and resolving issues with suppliers as necessary
- Be an ambassador for Supply Chain by leading by example and providing the highest level of productive collaboration with the suppliers
- Follow up on any inventory shipment issues or delays and ensure updates are maintained in our ERP system

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO GET THE JOB DONE**
- Strong knowledge and understand of Supply Chain in theory and in practice
- Exceptionally strong Microsoft Office skills, especially in Excel
- Advanced math, analytical, and statistical skills
- Detail oriented with high sense of urgency, and ability to multitask and to adapt to quickly changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Relevant education OR equivalent work experience in supply planning in a manufacturing company is an asset
