**Shop Laborer**

Victor Energy Ltd. is seeking a Shop Laborer with some mechanical experience to join our team based out of our Nisku, Alberta location. You must have good safety awareness, good communication & competent decision-making skills, and a desire to perform requested duties with a focus on safety and appropriate precautions. **Duties**
- Sort and process materials
- Receive and sign for shipments, ensure packing slip accuracy
- Upload packing slips to computer system
- Tag and store material as required
- General maintenance including sweeping, and various other chores
- Operate various types of equipment (skid steer, loader, zoom boom, etc.) and provide general maintenance as required
- Experience with Zoom Boom, Skid Steer an asset
- Transport raw materials, finished products and equipment throughout using powered equipment
- Pick up and deliver material as required
- Ensure proper storage of material in the yard
- Keep equipment maintained and clean

**Requirements**:

- A valid Class 5 Driver’s License
- Physically fit.
- Self
- starter with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Strong ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Able to work outside in all weather conditions.

- Able to lift 50 lbs
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge in load securement
- Basic computer skills
- Willing to work overtime when needed including Saturdays
- Able to work unsupervised, taking direction and completing tasks quickly and efficiently
- Able to work well with others
- Good communication skills
