As a Laborer, you are responsible to help keep our shops and yard cleaned, stocked and organized.

Main Responsibilities
- Shop House keeping
- Inspecting fire extinguishers
- puncturing aerosol cans
- garbage clean up
- Janitorial duties
- parts kitting (pulling parts and following paperwork)
- sweeping
- snow shoveling
- yard maintenance (weeding/garbage)
- some minor shop maintenance
- Inventory cycle counting
- forklift experience (not an asset)
- use of pallet jacks
- loading unloading trucks
- stocking inventory
- empty shop garbage
- and any other duty assigned

Attributes and Skills
- Solid organizational capabilities and ability to complete tasks.
- Able to work autonomously and uses good decision-making practices.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Able to maintain a professional and calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Good work ethic.

**Qualifications**:

- High School Diploma.

Physical Requirements
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs - fitness test required
- Regular exposure to industrial shop hazards which require additional protection from noise, fall hazards and air quality
- Regular fast pace or work with tight deadlines
- A medium to high stress environment due to timelines

Shift Availability
- Days - Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm
