RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute SEO strategy, aligning with product offerings for maximum ROI.
- Establish strong foundation for organic search optimization and conduct regular keyword research to identify gaps and new opportunities.
- Monitor KPIs for search engine performance; speed, content, click rate, bounce rate, etc. and recommend continual enhancements to the team.
- Continually test out new publisher features, creative types, and landing pages to maintain competitive advantages and always increase campaign efficiency
- Prioritize digital experience for customers, optimizing touchpoints for engagement.
- Manage and allocate paid media campaigns budget and continually optimize performance
- Manage and maintain the technical integration and tracking of each advertising platform - including setting up and modifying tags and events in Google Tag Manager
- Ensuring analytics and tracking tools (GA4, GTM, Microsoft Clarity, etc.) are configured correctly and up to date with privacy regulations & company needs and policies.
- Integrate marketing campaigns across multiple channels to maximum impact using your understanding of conversion attribution.
- Develop and implement performance tests, provide recommendations based on results
- Regularly update and analyze weekly statistics from our CRM and analytics tools, ensuring campaign accuracy and optimizing performance for paid media, eblasts, and other marketing initiatives. Assist in conducting regular CRM audits to maintain campaign functionality & data integrity.
- Implement customer nurturing campaigns that go beyond the first point of contact; analyze customer journeys, strategize re-engagement initiatives to enhance audience engagement and retention. Identify areas for improvement within the CRM & Paid media ecosystem to drive overall performance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years' experience managing digital campaigns
- Ability to translate a creative concept into an actionable project plan that delivers across mediums and platforms
- Knowledge of digital best practices including copywriting, creative design, landing page strategy, SEO, CRM, audience creation and segmentation
- Highly data-driven with strong analytical skills and experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently & in a team
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ease with managing and delivering multiple projects simultaneously in a timely manner
- Strong sense of initiative and autonomy
- Versatility, leadership, and attention to detail
- Strong interest and knowledge of the industry
- Current in marketing trends and news - ie: Google updates and changes in algorithms or policy that will impact our business.
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Strong experience with Google ads, Facebook and Instagram ads, Facebook ad manager, Google analytics, Google database studio, Google Tag Manager, CRM (Keap is a plus), Zapier, SEO, AdWords and their key measurement tools
- Strong experience of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest)
- Knowledge in HTML and programming languages (CSS, Ruby, JavaScript, PHP, etc. - an asset)
- Mac-savvy; main operating system used
- Experience in the standard project planning tools (Microsoft Planner, Asana, etc.)
- Proficient with MS Office suite (Excel, Word, Powerpoint are required) and proven skills with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign - an asset)
