Right now we have an opportunity for a dedicated, energetic and career minded person who possesses exceptional customer service skills and wants to sell auto parts in a fast paced wholesale and retail environment.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Responsibilities and Duties include (but are not limited to):

- Accurately looking up parts with NAPA/PROLINK computer systems, Internet Systems, as well as paper catalogues and other methods.
- Selling a diverse line of automotive products to wholesale and retail customers either on the phone or over-the-counter.
- Process sales and refund transactions with accuracy using cash, debit and credit cards
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits and warranty policy to customers
- Maintain store organization and cleanliness
- Picking orders accurately
- Work effectively as parts of a team; demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude
- Job floating to one of our other locations when needed.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Automotive aftermarket experience an asset - Min 5 Years
- Strong knowledge of automotive operating systems and repairs
- Excellent verbal, written and listening skills
- Familiar with use of computers and electronic catalogues
- Quick learner with good retention
- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Professional image and effective customer service skills
- Must be able to work on your feet up to 8 hours per day
- Able to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
- Hours: We are open Monday - Saturday (no Sundays) 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. You must be available for an 8 hour shift between these times. Alternating every other Saturday from 8:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
