Part-time Summer Student

**Job Requirements**
- Be the the first point of contact for current and potential clients. Greet with professionalism and care.
- Conduct inventory checks
- Utilize clinic (Jane App) and studio (Momence) management software to support clinic scheduling
- Work independently, and as a member of a team with a growth mindset
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, reception staff and other practitioners
- Other administrative duties as assigned

**Qualifications/ Required Experience**
- Highly proficient and organized
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Completed Ontario Secondary School Diploma (OSSD)

**Nice to Have**
- Currently pursuing post-secondary education in health sciences / wellness to becoming a practitioner (ie Chiropractor, Physiotherapy, Registered Massage Therapy)
- Currently pursuing certification to be a yoga instructor
- Familiarity with social media (ie Instagram)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term contract, Casual, Seasonal, Freelance, Internship / Co-op

Pay: From $16.75 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 6 per week

**Experience**:

- Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
