Location:
This is an in-office position located at 8100 Warden Ave.
Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday 8:00 - 4:00 (35 hours/week)
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist the Fire Logistics Division to create reports for internal and external clients
- Design digital signages and publications
- Provide support to various events during the summer months, such as Emergency Preparedness Day, Firefighter Summer Camp and Fire Station Open Houses
- Provide general support to various Divisions in their administrative duties
Required Skills And Competencies
- Enrolled at a recognized post-secondary educational institute and returning to full time studies in the fall
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work in a busy team environment and deliver on schedule
- Experienced with MS Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Experienced with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
- Computer programming skill is a plus (SQL, VBA)
