**Guest Services Valet Attendant**

**WHAT TO EXPECT**:
Reporting to the Assistant Golf Operations Manager, your main priority is assisting all guests with loading and
unloading of golf cars, guest vehicles, storage of clubs and shuttling guests to and from parking areas,
practice facilities, and lodging.
- Learn and promote the development’s services, facilities, and amenities and be able to promote and

direct guests accordingly.
- Welcome each homeowner, member and guest and greet them by name (if known) upon their arrival and

departure.
- Park and retrieve member and guest vehicles with care and attention.
- Provide bell service duties for Accommodation when necessary.
- Assist all guests with golf equipment and luggage, including lifting and carrying as required.
- Load and unload golf cars and guest vehicles.
- Assist team with club storage and cleaning.
- Shuttle guests to and from parking areas, practice facilities, lodging, Golf Course and guests of both

Predator Ridge & Sparkling Hill between resorts.
- Assist guests with the golf car system.
- Ensure golf car staging area, car storage area, golf shop entrance, and spike cleaning area are always

clean.
- Report any equipment performance issues to the Guest Services Supervisor or the management team

immediately.
- Comply with all standard operating procedures and policies of Predator Ridge Resort.
- Perform other related duties assigned by the management team.

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Valid Driver’s License.
- WHMIS.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing and lift heavy objects on a regular

basis while working in a variety of weather conditions.

**COMPENSATION:
- $15.65 plus tips
