**About the role**
You’ll run pasta and sauté, finish sauces to spec, and handle veal/meat dishes. Grill steaks to temp with speed and accuracy.

**You’ll cook**
- Pasta station: al dente timing, sauté, finishing sauces
- Veal & meat dishes (e.g., piccata, marsala)
- Grill: steaks to requested doneness
- Maintain pars, cleanliness, and plating standards

**Team rotation (short, fair, scheduled)**
- On **weekdays**, when the line is quiet, jump into a short dish rotation
- Help with basic close: wipe line, change sanitizer, quick mop dish rotation
- (Weekends we have a dedicated dishwasher.)

**Must-haves**
- 2+ years pasta/sauté/grill (Italian preferred)
- Knife skills, station organization, clean execution
- Evenings/weekends; FR and/or EN

Gestion du poste pâtes/sauté, sauces à la carte, plats de veau/viandes, et grillades (cuisson au degré demandé).

**Vous cuisinez**
- Pâtes : al dente, sauté, finitions de sauces
- Plats de veau & viandes (ex. piccata, marsala)
- Grill : steaks aux températures demandées
- Pars, propreté, dressage rapide et constant

**Rotation d’équipe (courte, équitable, planifiée)**
- En **semaine**, lorsqu’il y a un creux, courte rotation à la plonge
- Aide à la fermeture de base : essuyage de la ligne, désinfection, passage rapide de la vadrouille, rotation à la plonge
- (La fin de semaine, un plongeur est prévu.)

**Exigences**
- 2+ ans en pâtes/sauté/grill (italien = atout)
- Couteaux, organisation, exécution propre
- Soirs/fins de semaine; FR et/ou EN
