We are dedicated to helping clients achieve efficient product adoption and gain the full benefits of Acumatica ERP solutions, while providing expert guidance and timely assistance to support their business needs and goals.

**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated **Customer Success Coordinator** to join our Vancouver team. This role involves advocating for Revive ERP's customers by monitoring and supporting the efforts of our support techs, consultants, and account managers. You will play an essential part in creating a positive customer experience, focusing on helping clients maximize their ERP investment and make them strong references for Revive ERP. Success in this role will be measured by client satisfaction, retention, and the development of referenceable accounts.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Advocacy**: Act as a dedicated advocate for our customers, coordinating cross-functional support to resolve issues efficiently.
- **Customer Success**: Drive customer satisfaction by helping clients improve ERP product adoption, gain insights into better system usage, and fully leverage Acumatica features.
- **Business Insights**: Focus on understanding our clients’ businesses, identifying specific needs, and delivering personalized support and guidance.

**Requirements**:

- **ERP Experience**: Strong experience with ERP systems; Acumatica experience is highly preferred.
- **Industry Knowledge**: Familiarity with construction and engineering firms is an asset.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional English speaking and writing skills, with a focus on clear and effective business communication.
- **Client Advocacy**: A commitment to advocating for customer needs and elevating their experience with Revive ERP to create long-term, referenceable partnerships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
