**Shift Energy Group** is hiring a **Customer Success Specialist** to deliver exceptional service and support across our solar and energy storage projects in the Vancouver Island region. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about building long-term relationships with customers.
We're a leader in designing and building solar and energy storage projects across Canada. We work on residential, commercial, off-grid, and on-grid projects, offering comprehensive solar and energy storage solutions tailored to diverse energy needs.

**About the Role**:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the key liaison between Shift and our residential and commercial clients — ensuring their journey from contract to completion is smooth, well-communicated, and aligned with our high standards. This role is focused primarily on supporting new build solar and energy storage projects, requiring strong coordination skills to keep construction timelines and client expectations aligned.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Act as the main point of contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle, with a focus on new build installations
- Collaborate with operations and project management teams to resolve customer concerns quickly
- Track and manage customer interactions, feedback, and documentation
- Assist with scheduling updates and coordination across departments on new build projects
- Ensure a high level of satisfaction and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
**What We’re Looking For**
- 3-5 years of customer success, account management, or customer service experience — ideally in construction, clean tech, or home services
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments
- Comfortable using CRM tools and project tracking systems
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for clean energy and project management
- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

- Hours: 40 hours/week, Monday through Friday
