About the Role

As a Customer Success Coordinator, you'll play an essential role in ensuring our customers have a positive and productive experience with Yocale. You'll be their go-to person for onboarding, training, and support, helping them get comfortable with the platform and guiding them every step of the way.

This is a full-time, in-office position based at our North Vancouver headquarters, a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in customer success while making a real impact.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard New Clients: Welcome new customers and set them up for long-term success.

  • Guide & Train: Walk clients through the Yocale platform, ensuring they understand how to use it effectively to manage their business.

  • Customer Support: Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, or chat, delivering timely and helpful solutions.

  • Relationship Building: Maintain positive, lasting relationships with customers by providing consistent and thoughtful support.

  • Product Expertise: Help customers make the most of Yocale's tools, demonstrating how to simplify their operations.

  • Feedback & Insights: Gather customer feedback and communicate key insights to our product team to help shape future updates.

  • Resource Creation: Update help articles, guides, and FAQs to make it easy for clients to find answers independently.

  • Problem Solving: Investigate and resolve customer issues with patience, empathy, and efficiency.

  • Reporting: Use Excel to manage client data, track interactions, and prepare internal reports.

  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the rest of the Customer Success team to continuously improve our processes and client experience.
