**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for upkeep of the Engineering Document Control System including drawings, part numbers, technical documents, change requests, and Material Review Board actions;
- Updating Engineering information in the Company ERP system;
- Control the release of technical data internally and to third parties;
- Maintain work instructions on current practices in the ERP system;
- Assist with troubleshooting of Engineering data related issues in the ERP system;
- Assist with the upkeep of the Engineering tasking system;
- Update Engineering Policy and Procedures manuals as directed by the Engineering Manager or Director of Engineering;
- Create/update Engineering forms and templates as directed by the Engineering Manager or Director of Engineering;
- Take minutes during various Engineering meetings;
- Participate in continuous improvement activities related to the Document Control System and other administrative activities of the department;
- Assist with Audits when required;
- Track Engineering Key Performance Indicator (KPI) data and prepare progress reports;
- Other duties as assigned.
**Minimum Requirements**
- Highschool graduation required;
- Post-secondary certificate/diploma/degree related to office administration preferred;
- 1-year related work experience preferred;
- Computer literacy including advanced knowledge of Microsoft software programs, PDF tools database programs;
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English, additional languages an asset;
- Good organizational skills in terms of understanding procedures and priorities;
- Ability to demonstrate attention to detail when carrying out all tasks;
- A strong work ethic, coupled with enthusiasm and high energy, respect for customers and colleagues, and a drive to meet and exceed commitments;
- A commitment to value-added thinking and ongoing continual improvement;
- Experience in supporting/preparing for audits is an asset;
- Experience working with ERP systems with change management modules including PDMs will be an asset;
- Ability to work in a team environment;
- Experience in the aviation industry is an asset
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
