Sandhill Nursery is growing, and we’re looking for a **Customer Service & Sales Coordinator** to become the central hub of our customer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and keeping multiple moving parts running smoothly — while also recognizing opportunities to support sales, bookings, and follow-ups.

You will be the first point of contact for customers reaching out about our garden centre, landscaping services, maintenance team, marketing initiatives, and the Rusty Rake Café & Pizza Truck.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Filter, prioritize, and route customer requests to the appropriate departments
- Manage and respond to customer messages across social media and online platforms
- Enter, track, and manage customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinate deliveries and schedules with internal teams and customers
- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of activities across all Sandhill teams
- Identify opportunities to turn inquiries into sales, bookings, or follow-up conversations
- Troubleshoot customer questions and provide timely, practical solutions
- Build strong customer relationships while delivering a high level of service
- Act as a key communication link between customers and internal departments

**Qualifications & Experience**
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing, administrative, coordination, or sales-focused role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident and comfortable communicating by phone and online
- Sales-minded, with a natural ability to recognize opportunities without being pushyStrong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Team-oriented and able to collaborate across departments
- Experience coordinating schedules, orders, or deliveries is an asset
- Knowledge of plants, gardening, or the green industry is an asset (training provided)A genuine interest in contributing to a positive, community-focused workplace.

**Wage based on experience**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Seasonal

Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
