Job Duties
- Removal of all Garbage from Property
- Mow, Trim and Edge Lawns
- Weed and prune gardens, along with watering, fertilizing and annual planting when requested
- Assist Gardener with Annual Planter Creation
- Blow lawns, walkways and driveway
- Ensure all River Rock is Clear
- Ensure BBQ is Clean, Grease Tray Wiped out and Cover Placed Back
- Pressure Wash Driveway and Walkways
- Move Furniture into Storage or out
- Assist with Cleanliness of Docks and Decks
- Ensure All Furniture is Wiped and Cleaned
- Clean and Empty Fire Pits or Fireplaces
- Assist with the Cleaning of Eavestroughs
- Pick up Sticks and Storm Debris when Necessary
- Touch up Paint as Required
- Preform Hot Tub or Pool Maintenance if Needed
- Ensure beaches are Clear of Garbage and Storm Debris
- Pick up Sticks and Storm Debris when Necessary
- Ensure Cleanliness of Building Exteriors
- Assist with Opening and Closing Properties
- Assist with Keeping a Clean and Organized Work Site
- Follow all Health and Safety Regulation including the use of Gear
- Other Duties as Assigned

**Requirements**:

- Positive attitude
- Highly motivated and able to work independently
- Ability to Lift 50lbs
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
- Must be willing to perform all necessary and other tasks when assigned
- **Possess a valid G driver's license and have reliable transportation**:

- **Must be able to clear a Criminal Record Check and have a clean driving abstract**

Additional Details
- Contract Position From April 14 - November 14 with the possibility for extension or year-round employment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal
Contract length: 7/8 months

Pay: $21.50-$25.50 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week
