Amenities Coordinator

- Students are welcome but will need to be flexible for 2-3 shifts per week._

**General duties and responsibilities**:

- Assist residents with booking requests, inquiries about the amenities, and proactively address concerns.
- Manage reservations and class registrations through the reservation portal.
- Perform thorough pre-inspections and post-inspections for certain amenities.
- Conduct the daily pool and spa maintenance tests. Staff will be trained on how to conduct basic balancing during test hours.
- Conduct regular rounds of the amenities, perform light clean up, and report on matters that may require follow-up from the site supervisor.
- Oversee the proper use of the amenity facilities and ensure its compliance with the company’s procedures, condominium policies and Ontario by-law regulations.
- Liaison between building management, residents, contractors and other staff where necessary.
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.

**Position requirements**:

- Excellent punctuality and time management.
- Customer service oriented - understand how to communicate with different audiences efficiently and professionally.
- General troubleshooting knowledge of electronic media devices.
- Fluent English. Additional languages are always considered a valuable asset.

- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with different parties effectively.
- Ability to work independently and support staff from various departments.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task efficiently.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20 per hour

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
