Join our award-winning team and make a difference that defines you. Our Sudbury office is looking for four Site Representatives to join their team for a contract position. Duties: - Assist in the preparation of contract documents and drawings. - Communicate with Project Site Inspectors and Construction Supervisors.
- Set up and facilitate project meetings. - Prepare meeting notes and project memorandums. - Review and process contract extra work claims. - Prepare and process monthly progress estimates.
- Liaise with clients, contractors and the public as required. - Undertake site inspection duties are required. - Adhere to all site safety requirements and regulations. Qualifications: - Civil Tech diploma OR an undergraduate degree in Engineering from a recognized post-secondary institution.
- Superior English communication skills both oral and written. - One to three years’ experience in a similar role. Experience working with Water Mains, Roads and/or Infrastructure would be considered an asset. - Must have a valid class G driver’s license.
- Must possess own vehicle for transportation between office and assigned worksite. - Intermediate to Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
