**Hours**: 35 Hours Per Week/12 Months Per Year
**Salary**: $31.17 Per Hour
**SUMMARY**:
Reports to and works under the direction of the Human Resources Manager. This position coordinates and carries out transactions and maintains all records to accurately reflect employee status as it pertains to payroll,
compensation, benefits, and other employee information; provides full cycle human resources services (from hiring to retiring) to employees, managers, principals, and vice principals. Performs a variety of complex,
computerized data entry and administrative services in support of the human resources and payroll functions.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
Minimum of 4 years recent and relevant experience including two years in a Human Resources environment, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
Exceptional interpersonal, communications and organizational skills. Ability to use judgement, discretion, and tact when providing information.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles is desirable; ability to work quickly and accurately with figures formulas, and perform detailed audits.
Ability to handle a high volume of detailed clerical work quickly, efficiently, and accurately.
Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision, to set priorities and to take initiative. Ability to meet multiple deadlines while handling a high volume of interruptions.
Ability to operate a variety of office equipment.
Physically capable of performing the duties of the position. Knowledge of WCB and WHMIS regulations. Safe work practices.
