**Job Opportunity: Team Leader Position**
Are you a natural leader with a passion for customer service and team management? We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, and responsible individual to join our New Steel team as a Team Leader. This role is perfect for someone with strong customer service skills, who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is ready to take on a leadership role with flexible full-time availability.

Key Responsibilities:
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Lead by example in providing top-notch customer service and maintaining a welcoming store environment.
- Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing duties, managing inventory, and sales tracking.
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries, and complete sales transactions.
- Train, mentor, and motivate sales associates to achieve both personal and team goals.
- Ensure merchandise is restocked and the store is organized.
- Communicate regularly with management to ensure smooth operations.
Training:
We offer comprehensive paid training to ensure you have all the tools to succeed, including hands-on in-store training and a detailed training booklet. Our training program will continue until you and management are confident in your ability to lead the team effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a leadership role, ideally in retail or customer service.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- The ability to problem-solve and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for working with customers and helping others succeed.
- Availability to work full-time hours (25-35 hours per week).
