Sales Associate

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting our products and services, building and nurturing customer relationships, and contributing to our overall sales growth and brand presence. You will have the flexibility to manage your schedule based on business needs and performance goals.
This is a full-time role. While you are generally expected to be available during standard business hours, some responsibilities may require occasional work on Saturdays and Sundays, depending on campaigns, client needs, or events. We trust you to manage your time effectively to meet sales targets and team goals.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Execute sales strategies to grow our customer base.
- Develop and maintain client relationships.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Attend industry events or exhibitions when needed.
- Report on sales activities and market trends.
**Requirements**:
- Must have 2 years of dental experience.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new processes.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Pay: $30,000 + commision
Pay: $30,000.00-$32,000.00 per year
Shift:
- 8 hour shift
Work days:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Concord, ON L4K 4G9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
