**Overview**

**Duties**
- Coordinate with Turf and Range Team Leader to ensure operational staff schedules and activities for golf range operations according to service standards, coordinates and participates in schedule planning and development activities. Recommends new concepts and/or possible program enhancements
- Encourage feedback from Customers and provide follow up
- Knowledge and recommendations to ensure grounds and structures are maintained to the highest level
- Oversees general facility maintenance and housekeeping duties in indoor spaces
- Perform photo and video edits, manage content for Social Media
- In conjunction with the Team Leader for Turf and Range completes daily site health and safety checks. Documents all inspections. Carries out or facilitates the completion of required work. Completes follow-up and evaluation
- Other duties as assigned

What will you need to succeed
- Valid Ontario Class G drivers license
- 3+ years of Golf Course experience is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a Leadership role at a Golf Course or Driving Range
- Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
- Knowledge of POS systems and on line bookings
- Smart Serve and Emergency First Aid certification is preferred
- Basic Operating Knowledge of Golf Range Equipment
- Experience in social media management or a related roll
- Data-driven, organized, and a team player
- Work efficiently under pressure and tight deadline
