while being able to enjoy a delicious meal. We are looking for an enthusiastic Team Lead to

help guide our team to deliver this promise.

**What You'll Do**:
As the Team Lead, you will be a hands-on leader, working with the team to create fulfilling

high-quality meals for all of our valued customers.
- Lead by example
**- Supervise operations**:Ensure efficiency, accuracy and compliance with any and all food

safety regulations. Ensure all food served to the customers meet Egg Club quality

standards. Implement any existing and new operational procedures. Lead and support

operations to ensure weekly performance goals are met.
- **Support Team Members**: Monitor and support staff training to meet performance

expectations and encourage daily growth in their role.
**- Manage Inventory**:Assist in controlling inventory, and ordering
**- Handle Customer Interactions**:Resolve customer complaints quickly and efficiently

with professionalism and a smile.
**- Communicating**:Reporting to the general manager in regards to any operational

concerns or updates
**- Problem Solve**:Quickly and efficiently resolve any issues in the kitchen, with team

members or with customers to keep operations running smoothly.

*This role will report directly to the General Manager.*
- Leadership Skills: Able to remain calm and tactical in leading a team amongst a fast-pace

environment.
- Customer-focused: A genuine passion to deliver happiness to customers and brighten

their day with an exceptional experience.
- Communication: Has strong ability to communicate effectively with customers and team

members.
- Time Management: Ability to multi-task, and prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure

everything is complete by the end of operation.
- Availability: Must be available to work for 8+ hr shift, early mornings, weekends, holidays

as needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 40 per week

Licence/Certification:

- Food Handler Certification (preferred)
