Wise Publishing Office Administrative Assistant
Wise Publishing is a digital publisher of personal finance advice and information aimed at helping people in the U.S. and Canada make sense of finance. You will be the first point of contact for the Wise Publishing head office.Whether you’re helping clients find information and solutions, developing new
processes and systems, or providing expert advice to internal partners, you will be
doing work that matters in our customer focused environment.
What is the opportunity?
What will you do?
- Execute on internal and external client requests as necessary and prepare review materials, correspondence and reports
- Coordinate marketing initiatives, using digital and print and organize client event logistics, catering, managing guest lists, etc.
- Provide high level concierge service to clients to ensure client experience is first
- class
- Utilize Wise Publishing’s contact management system for daily task management
- Maintain expense records and spreadsheets, filing and general administration
- Coordinate couriers and mailings for clients or prospects
- Ad-hoc administration projects as needed
What do you need to succeed?
Must-have
- Administrative experience
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and ability to work under pressure meeting strict deadlines
- Proficient with Google Docs, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Slack, Microsoft Office and other software
- Collaborative and team player
- Passion for client service
