**Summary**

We are seeking a Health & Safety Manager to join our team at Gosselin Consulting. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and implementing safety programs that protect employees and promote a culture of safety across various organizations. Your contributions will be essential in helping us achieve our vision of ensuring everyone goes home safe.

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety programs tailored to client needs.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Provide training and support to employees on health and safety practices.
- Collaborate with management to foster a culture of safety within organizations.
- Analyze incident reports and develop strategies for continuous improvement in safety performance.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices related to workplace safety.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in health and safety management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of occupational health and safety regulations in Canada.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop effective training materials and deliver engaging presentations.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills for assessing risks and incidents.

Pay: $22.00-$28.00 per hour
