We are looking for a process improvement advisor to join our Operational Efficiency team. On a daily basis, you will be asked to collaborate with several dedicated teams and support them in the improvement of their work processes. A welcoming and dynamic professional environment awaits.

**Responsibilities**:
Here are the responsibilities that you will undertake:
Project Management Aspect
- Carry out a project management approach while guiding participants through their accomplishments as well as respecting deadlines, budgets, and the objectives established
- Organize and lead meetings as well as workshops
- Measure project outcomes and user satisfaction
- Ensure change management and facilitate consensus building
- Align solutions to existing processes and templates

Process Improvement Aspect
- Supervise the different parties involved in the implementation of improvement processes
- Support headquarters and subsidiary team members in the achievement of their improvement objectives
- Define, document, and optimize company processes
- Train users to properly utilize and update newly developed tools and processes
- Participate in the development of tools and best practices for the team
- Oversee technology watch activities
- Perform any other related tasks

Qualifications:

- A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, administration (computer science or management profile) or any related discipline
- A total of one to three years of experience in the field
- Proficiency in multiple IT tools and platforms, such as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
- Fluency in written and spoken French and English (advanced level)
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities in a team environment
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Expertise in process mapping
- Focused on self-improvement while being open to change
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
