The** Claims Processing Agen**t is responsible for answering client calls regarding the processing of claims.
- Main responsibilities:

- Handle or redirect incoming calls to the claims processing agent team
- Process glass breakage claims
- Make suggestions and/or recommendations to improve operations in the position’s area of responsibility
- Perform other related duties as requested by immediate supervisor

This position consists of repetitive work that requires detail and precision. It also includes frequent periods of intense work where volumes are high.

Job requirements:

- High school diploma
- Because you will be communicating with both French
- and English-speaking clients, we require that you possess excellent French and English communication skills (oral and written)
- One to two years of experience in a similar position / call centre (asset)
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously with ease
- Ability to understand certain interrelationships between computer systems
- Good knowledge of client processes
- Excellent customer service skills
- Personify the company’s values in day-to-day work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong ability to work under pressure
- Autonomy and resourcefulness
- Ability to build good relationships with others
