**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (People that are working for utility companies on construction)**
- Develop and maintain a global comprehensive quality management strategy and ensure its proactive implementation and management.
- Lead, improve and standardize the quality process within the organization and monitor key performance indicators.
- In partnership with the various internal stakeholders, develop strategies, audits and follow-ups in order to monitor inputs/outputs that meet the organization's requirements
- Analyze non-conformances to determine the root cause, create corrective actions and follow ups.
- Perform internal process mapping related to quality management.
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives and projects.
- Analyze the operational processes in place, define improvement paths and lead optimization.
- Structure and reinforce the principles of continuous improvement on all projects.
- Actively participate in the company's various projects, particularly those related to innovation.
- Hybrid role with frequent visits to site
- 5 + years’ experience, working in quality management strategy, preferably with an EPC or utility company.
- Bachelor of Engineering required. (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)
- 1+year Quality Control or Continuous Improvement in the construction industry
- Experience working on solar farm or wind turbine construction projects would be an asset.
- French speaking would be considered an asset, but not a requirement.

**Salary**: $110,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
