**Job Title**: Projects & Entertainment Coordinator
**Reports To**: Projects Operations Manager

**Job Purpose**

Projects & Entertainment Coordinator will be responsible for international shipments coordination from, to and within Canada and the USA. Location: Montreal, Quebec (Hybrid/Remote)

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Maintain and create standard Operating procedures for customers and keep up to date
- Coordinate sea and air freight from A-Z and liaise with all parties in the process
- Providing quotes and responding to RFPs and RFQs
- Work with brokers, carriers, shipping lines, airlines and complete any import/export paperwork as needed (Emanifest/CERS/Ata Carnet, etc)
- Working knowledge of Incoterms
- After hours handling / availability as required

**Qualifications**
- Bilingual - English and French
- University degree, or an acceptable combination of education and progressively responsible experience
- Minimum 2 years previous experience in freight forwarding - Previous experience in air & ocean freight, ATA Carnet is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Customer focused
- Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
- Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-based environment.
- Project management skills are considered an asset.
- Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization and its executive team.
- Excellent conflict resolution skills, diplomacy, and tact
- Persuasive, motivational, and persistent.

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- On call

Ability to commute/relocate:
