We are seeking a skilled and motivated Financial Analyst to join our forward-thinking accounting team. You will play a vital role in optimizing our financial operations and enhancing our advisory strategies. You'll work closely with the management team to analyze financial data, create forecasts, and provide insights that support our unique approach to accounting and business advisory services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct detailed financial analysis of our client portfolio to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Analyze the financial impact of proposed business strategies and recommend optimal approaches
- Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions and advisory strategies
- Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process for individual clients and the overall firm
- Support the evaluation of potential client acquisitions and service expansions
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management
- Collaborate with the advisory team to optimize client performance and maximize returns
- Assist in the preparation of client presentations and reports

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably in public accounting or advisory services
- Strong understanding of financial modeling and analysis techniques
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions and accounting software
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements

- Proficiency in data visualization and presentation of complex financial information
